  Rude, Rude, Rude.. I went in there to get help with my wedding registry... they couldn't have been ruder/less helpful When asking information on products i was told "what do you want to know" with a severe attitude. I was looking for the difference between types of towels/sheets/duvet cover options etc.. no help at all...... Pottery barn better get some better customer service otherwise they will be out of business soon.
