  I never review apartments or have anything to say but this is a terrible place to live. The apartments have problems with fire alarms so they would go off during the night and have to be turned off by the fire department.The apartments are old. They have water damage and bugs. The appliances are old. The maintenance people responded pretty quickly most of the time so they are good. With that being said the main reason for the negative review is the lack of safety....do not park your car outside. My car got hit and scratched multiple times. Some girl got her purse stolen. Somebody got shot. The cops were always in and around the complex but crime seemed to still happen. Some dumb lady had her baby running around outside unattended near a pond. There was a resident bum that would knock on your door and ask for stuff all the time. I was told by the cops that this was one of the worst places to live. Oh and no cameras to catch any of the unsavory characters doing their dirty business. Seriously this is a horrible place to live.
