  Florida Pool finishers was the finishing sub contractor that the pool company we hired used to do our finish. Obviously their reviews speak for themselves and we would never have "chosen" to do business with them. But here we are, stewing over our experience as our Pool Company tells us that Florida Pool Finishers will not fix their absolutely atrocious work and they also declined to give a refund of some sort to make up for the terrible work. What was the terrible work? First, both our family and the pool company had to clean up a ton of garbage from these slobs, we also had to listen to them curse at each other for hours until finally we had enough because our children were home and these people had zero respect for our home or family. We then went to water our garden and guess what....Our expensive lead free hose GONE... Hmmm...Pool Company forced to replace! Did we see them take it no...But per pool company the finishers promised to return it...Never received it back. Now.. onto their actual skills. Half of our Pool has finish ALL OVER our tile. I mean it looks like a 3 yr old did the work and that we wanted a wave pattern. We're obviously upset so we demand they come out and fix...Here comes the owner. What did he say??Probably do more damage fixing it and once the water is up higher you won't see it! Seriously! To pay $7000 and have work so incredibly poor is infuriating. It’s clear this business has zero moral compass and doesn’t stand behind their services.
